Cedar Falls Location’s New General Manager

Rice Companies has hired Justin Bohlke as its Cedar Falls, Iowa location General Manager.

Justin brings decades of hands-on experience to this role, having started in the construction industry early on. Since then, he’s built his career with a genuine passion for connecting with people and helping clients bring their visions to life. Justin is the ideal fit to lead our growing Iowa team.

When he’s not leading the office or guiding clients through the building process, Justin is probably spending time with his family, bow hunting, or checking fences at the small cow-calf operation he runs with his brother. They manage 75 to 100 head with a focus on show cattle – a nod to his strong work ethic and ties to the local agricultural community.
