Rice Companies was honored to build Arctic Cold Storage’s original building that include 17,000 square feet and was called back when the client was ready to expand to keep up with their growing demands. The addition project included 80,000 square feet of freezers, warehouse and distribution for their trucking services and the manufacturing of their products, as well as some remodeling of their current space to better meet the needs of their growth.
