Rice Companies completed this 52,500 square foot grocery, plus a 7,500 sqaure foot stand alone liquor store, in Fargo, North Dakota. Designed with new decor and a fresh first floor plan, this store represents the “next generation” for the Cash Wise Grocery format. Rice Companies acted as both the Architect and General Contractor on this fast paced project.
