Winner of a 2012 Heritage Preservation Award. Rice was awarded the contract to preserve a century old historical building as part of the 5th Avenue Live! Redevelopment project. Originally built in 1891 as Benson Brothers Grocery Store, this two-story red pressed brick building is now home to Brother’s Bar & Grill that is 10,825 square feet and the EnduRUNce Shop that is 2,000 square feet.
