In 2020, Rice Companies partnered with Northwestern Mutual to design, build and lease a new 10,038 square foot corporate office in south St. Cloud, Minnesota. This new development started with our Rice Real Estate Services team to identify potential properties and site locations that would best serve the clients needs. Then Rice’s in-house architectural group collaborated with the client on space needs and design criteria. The master planned facility includes space for expansion, break room, conference areas, and both private and open office spaces, as well as an inviting area for the clients customers.
