Rice Companies designed and built a 100,000-square-foot facility for Trobec’s Bus Service, utilizing Butler Manufacturing’s pre-engineered steel, and unique exterior finished to complement the overall design. The building was thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of the client, featuring modern office space, conference rooms, expansive warehouse storage, and a dedicated bus parking garage. Additionally, the facility includes a wash bay and a fully equipped mechanical shop to support the maintenance and upkeep of the bus fleet. Throughout the project, the Rice team collaborated closely with Trobec’s Bus Service, ensuring the final product met their specific requirements and operational goals.
