Rice Companies Expands Its Service Division to Sioux Falls, SD

Rice Companies is expanding its facility repair and building maintenance solutions of Rice Services to the Sioux Falls, South Dakota market.

Rice Companies announced the expansion of Rice Service to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Rice Service will provide commercial facility repair, metal building maintenance, carpentry, concrete, roof repair and reroofing services, and interior remodel building solutions to the Sioux Falls market.

This new location is aimed at enhancing service delivery to current customers in the Sioux Falls community and offering a broader range of facility repair solutions to additional customers.

Rice Service is the building repair and remodel division of Rice Companies. The Rice Service Sioux Falls location is Rice Companies’ sixth location. Headquartered in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, Rice Companies also has regional offices across the Midwest in Glencoe, MN, Mankato, MN, Fargo, ND and Cedar Falls, IA. The company is leasing office space in Sioux Falls at 1207 N Carla Avenue in Tea, SD, with plans to construct a permanent location in early 2024.
